Our mission is to provide excellent patient care, accurate and timely documentation, and prompt response. Nurses and support staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to provide rapid response to patient/family needs. Patients/families who call after hours will be directed to a nurse who is trained to assess the situation and contact the appropriate staff to manage their needs.
